Brock Faber participated in his first Minnesota Wild team practice since suffering a skull fracture.

Minnesota Wild defenseman Brock Faber participated in his first team practice on Thursday since sustaining a skull fracture during a preseason game. Faber cleared the NHL's return-to-play protocol after undergoing surgery and previously skating privately. While he has resumed practicing with teammates, his official return date to game action remains undetermined.
Head coach John Hynes confirmed Faber will not play in this weekend's home games, including Friday against the San Jose Sharks. However, Faber is expected to travel with the Wild for their upcoming three-game road trip next week. At practice, Faber wore protective ear covers following the injury.
