Maveric Lamoureux Out Multiple Months After Shoulder Surgery

Utah Mammoth defenseman Maveric Lamoureux is set to miss four to six months following shoulder surgery. The announcement came shortly before the team finalized its opening-night roster for the 2026-27 season. Due to the recovery timeline, the 22-year-old blueliner is not expected to return until late January at the earliest.

Lamoureux was originally selected 29th overall in the 2022 NHL Draft by the Arizona Coyotes. Over the past two campaigns, he has played 20 total games for Utah while spending the majority of his time in the AHL with the Tucson Roadrunners.
