Hannah Bluck reveals how sport has helped her autism after becoming a Wales international in a fourth different sport and fifth overall.

Wales international Hannah Bluck shared how participating in sports helps her navigate autism after representing her country in a fourth different sport at the Rugby League World Cup. Bluck made her rugby league international debut against England in just her fourth competitive match in the code, having previously played rugby union, youth football, and basketball for Wales.
Bluck explained that sport provides an environment where she feels most confident and included, noting that Cardiff Demons and national team coaches accommodated her learning style through visual diagrams and walk-throughs. Despite Wales suffering a defeat to England, the 29-year-old emphasized her determination to serve as a role model ahead of upcoming World Cup matches against Samoa and Australia.
