Walker is heading to November 1.

The Sydney Roosters have officially confirmed that they are moving on from halfback Sam Walker. The decision comes after contract negotiations between the club and the playmaker broke down earlier in the week and will not be reopened.
Following the collapse of extension talks, Walker is set to enter the open market on November 1. This milestone allows rival NRL clubs to officially negotiate and present offers for the departing halfback.
