Cardiff have been given the honour of hosting such an historic event

The British & Irish Lions women's team will play their inaugural Test match against France at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on August 27. The historic home match will serve as the warm-up fixture for head coach Jo Yapp's squad prior to their tour of New Zealand.
Following the match in Cardiff, the Lions will travel to New Zealand to play five games, including a three-Test series against the Black Ferns scheduled between September 11 and September 25.
