Leicester Tigers have signed Samoan international hooker Richie Asiata. The 30-year-old front-rower expressed his excitement about joining the club, stating that he is eager to get involved, meet his new teammates, and connect with the supporters and team culture.
Asiata brings significant top-flight experience, having made more than 50 Super Rugby appearances for the Queensland Reds. Born in New Zealand, he previously represented Australia at the Under-20 level before earning his first two senior international caps for Samoa earlier this year.
