Gloucester centre Max Llewellyn insists that the Cherry and Whites are genuine Premiership title contenders and deserve their place at the top of the table. The Wales international emphasized that Gloucester's league-leading position is no fluke as the squad prepares for an upcoming West Country derby against Bath on Friday.
Having recently overcome a hamstring injury, Llewellyn aims to demonstrate his full fitness to Wales head coach Steve Tandy ahead of upcoming international commitments. The centre is also eager to reward the loyal Kingsholm supporters with a strong performance against their local rivals.
