Springboks attack coach Tony Brown has outlined his coaching philosophy, stating that finding ways to win excites him most. Speaking on the Plumtree Uncut Podcast, Brown explained that his approach centers on evaluating available personnel to design a winning attacking style. He identified momentum, speed, and space as the three core elements required to dominate on the field.
Brown joined South Africa's coaching setup under Rassie Erasmus following the 2023 Rugby World Cup. He noted that earlier stints playing for the Sharks and Stormers helped pave the way for his decision to take the role.
