Chicago Bears fans might be surprised to hear that Luther Burden III actually had the edge on Seattle Seahawks' Jaxon Smith-Njigba in one stat.

Chicago Bears wide receiver Luther Burden III holds an advantage over Seattle Seahawks receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba in forced missed tackles this season. According to Pro Football Focus data highlighted by writer Anthony Miller, Burden leads all NFL wide receivers with 15 missed tackles forced on just 35 receptions, whereas Smith-Njigba has forced 12 missed tackles across 58 receptions.
Burden has recorded 491 receiving yards and two touchdowns on 35 catches this season, with 225 yards coming over his previous two games. Heading into a Week 8 matchup against Seattle's top-ranked pass defense, Miller argues that head coach Ben Johnson must creatively utilize Burden across the formation to sustain Chicago's offensive momentum alongside quarterback Caleb Williams.
