Napoli manager Massimiliano Allegri confirmed that Scott McTominay is available to play 20 to 30 minutes against Frosinone on Saturday. The Scotland midfielder returns to the matchday squad just over a month after undergoing a surgical procedure for a mild, benign heart arrhythmia.
McTominay had the minor operation on September 8 in Manchester and resumed full team training on Wednesday. While McTominay returns to the bench, Allegri noted that Napoli will remain without Antonio Vergara and Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa due to injuries.
