Former Celtic manager Gordon Strachan stated that Celtic and Rangers can no longer compete financially with English Championship clubs, let alone Premier League sides. Speaking on The Good, the Bad and The Football podcast alongside Paul Scholes and Nicky Butt, Strachan asserted that both Glasgow teams would struggle and finish near the bottom of the Premier League today.
