Budkowski reflects on return to F1 team leadership with Cadillac

Marcin Budkowski has reflected on the challenges of returning to Formula 1 leadership with Cadillac ahead of the Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid. Budkowski returned to an F1 leadership role in August after several years working as a media technical analyst. He previously held senior positions at Ferrari, McLaren, the FIA, and Renault/Alpine.

Budkowski noted that re-adapting to the sport's high-intensity pace and managing the pit wall at Zandvoort with multiple audio channels required adjustment. However, he emphasized that team fundamentals remain unchanged, focusing on building strong teams, aligning staff with a clear vision, and organizing processes despite evolving regulations.
