Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson salutes three-time promotion hero Elliot Lee

Wrexham manager Phil Parkinson has praised midfielder Elliot Lee after the 31-year-old departed the club by mutual consent before the summer transfer window closed. Parkinson described Lee as inspirational and an outstanding signing who deserved to be playing regular football rather than sitting on the sidelines.

Lee originally joined Wrexham from Luton Town in the summer of 2022, helping the team achieve three successive promotions from the National League to the Championship. Over his time with the club, he scored 41 goals in 152 appearances across all competitions.
