Why Arda Güler is completely right about Thibaut Courtois

Real Madrid midfielder Arda Güler recently praised teammate Thibaut Courtois, calling him the greatest goalkeeper of all time. Güler's comments came around the time of Turkey's UEFA Nations League match against Belgium, a game Courtois missed. Writer Hridyam Arora agrees with Güler's assessment, arguing that Courtois's elite consistency, longevity, and high-level performances justify the claim.

Arora notes that Courtois has excelled across stints with Atletico Madrid, Chelsea, and Real Madrid, maintaining world-class form since 2020. The writer contends that despite decisive saves in both LaLiga and the Champions League, Courtois remains somewhat underrated in all-time discussions, though his standing will likely solidify upon retirement.
