Former UFC title challenger Anthony Smith was stopped via second-round TKO by Jordan Heiderman in their Gamebred Bareknuckle MMA bout. Headlining the card in the Dominican Republic, Smith was taken down and hit with unanswered punches until the referee waved off the contest at 2:17.
The fight marked Smith's return to competition after being arrested in July following an alleged domestic incident with his wife in Nebraska. Smith pleaded not guilty on August 17 to four felony charges, including terroristic threats and first-degree false imprisonment, before receiving court permission to travel for the event.
