The Milwaukee Brewers have officially announced their 2026 NLDS roster. The Brewers have opted to carry 13 pitchers, allowing them to include two high-ceiling arms who weren't guaranteed to make the roster.

The Milwaukee Brewers have officially announced their 26-man roster for the best-of-five NLDS matchup against the San Diego Padres. Breaking away from their usual trend of carrying 12 pitchers in short postseason series, Milwaukee elected to carry 13 pitchers and 13 position players. This decision allowed the club to include right-hander Dustin May and left-hander Kyle Harrison on the pitching staff alongside scheduled Game 1 and Game 2 starters Jacob Misiorowski and Logan Henderson.
Carrying an extra arm left Milwaukee without third catcher Bo Naylor on the postseason roster. The decision gives the Brewers added pitching depth as their rotation plans beyond the first two games remain undecided, with options including Robert Gasser and May. Additionally, infielder Joey Ortiz was officially included on the roster after recovering from late-season knee and abdomen injuries.
