Reports in Italy indicate that Milan are targeting Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Yasin Ayari for a potential transfer to strengthen Ruben Amorim's squad. The Italian club is planning ahead for midfield departures at the end of the 2026-27 season, notably 41-year-old Luka Modric, who is in the final year of his contract and may retire or depart next summer.
Tuttosport claims that the Sweden international is at the top of Milan's transfer wishlist and valued at around ā¬40m. Ayari's contract with Fabian Hurzeler's Brighton side runs until June 2027, with the English club retaining an option to extend the deal by an additional 12 months.
