Kian McMahon-Brown impressing for club and country

Burnley academy forward Kian McMahon-Brown has reflected on his strong start out on loan with League Two club Shrewsbury Town while balancing duties with the Republic of Ireland Under-21 squad. The 18-year-old scored his second goal in five appearances for Shrewsbury during a 2-1 victory over Grimsby Town after signing his first professional contract with Burnley in July.
McMahon-Brown received special dispensation to play for Shrewsbury at Blundell Park before traveling back to Ireland for a key European qualifier against England. The young forward stated that he still has a lot more to offer as Ireland aims to secure a play-off spot.
