With weeks to go before the start of the new NBA season, experts are still split on how the Charlotte Hornets stack up to the rest of the Eastern Conference.
Charlotte Hornets big man Naz Reid stated that teammate Brandon Miller can make a leap comparable to Anthony Edwards in his fourth NBA season. Reid highlighted Miller's patience, consistency, and developing leadership, drawing parallels to his former Minnesota Timberwolves teammate Edwards during his rise to stardom.
Reid joined Charlotte to provide veteran leadership following the summer trade of LaMelo Ball. Alongside rookie Kon Knueppel and Reid, Miller is positioned as the focal point of the Hornets and is expected to sign a rookie-scale extension worth over $200 million.
