This is an obvious move for Liverpool.
Writer Zak Anderton argues that Liverpool could solve their long-standing defensive midfield vacancy by signing Fulham midfielder Josh King. Citing reports from 4-4-2.ch, Liverpool, Arsenal, and Borussia Dortmund are seriously considering a permanent move for the 19-year-old England Under-21 international, who is valued at around £50 million (€60 million).
Fulham have reportedly ruled out a winter sale for King, whose contract runs until 2029, but could consider offers next summer. Anderton highlights that King represents a more affordable homegrown option compared to other targets such as Adam Wharton, Alex Scott, and Lamine Camara.
