Twinkie Town writer always shocked to see OOTP players in real life

Twinkie Town writer Matt Monitto humorously reflected on his surprise upon discovering that several baseball prospects he recognized from the simulation game Out of the Park Baseball are real-life players. While reviewing Arizona Fall League rosters, Monitto came across Kansas City Royals prospect Frank Mozzicato and Atlanta Braves prospect Tate Southisene, whom he had previously assumed had computer-generated names in his video game franchises.

Monitto noted similar reactions regarding major league players like Jake McCarthy, Yohendrick Pinango, and Yanquiel Fernandez. He also recalled rooting for Eric Orze after managing him in the simulation game prior to Orze joining the Minnesota Twins organisation.
