Borussia Dortmund's Maximilian Beier is determined to prove to Jürgen Klopp that he deserves a place in the German national team.

Borussia Dortmund attacker Maximilian Beier is determined to prove himself to Germany manager Jürgen Klopp after being omitted from an extended 44-man national team squad. Despite missing out on selection for the upcoming international break, the 23-year-old forward stated he is using the disappointment as motivation to fight for his place.
Beier revealed he held an open conversation with Klopp, who noted that future opportunities remain and advised him to work on his positioning. The attacker, who has earned 10 caps for Germany, aims to force his way back into the squad through strong performances for Borussia Dortmund.
