The Anaheim Ducks entered their matchup against the Calgary Flames with a noticeably altered lineup after confirming a series of roster adjustments on Tuesday.
The Anaheim Ducks confirmed multiple roster adjustments on Tuesday ahead of their game against the Calgary Flames. Center Roger McQueen was recalled from AHL San Diego to make his NHL debut on the third line. Meanwhile, defenseman Drew Helleson was activated from injury for his season debut after missing the opening five games.
The adjustments follow significant injuries among the forward group. Center Ryan Poehling was placed on injured reserve with an MCL sprain and is expected to miss six to eight weeks. Additionally, winger Cutter Gauthier is considered day-to-day with a short-term injury.
