Borussia Dortmund are reportedly leading the race to sign RB Salzburg striker Karim Konaté. According to journalist Ekrem Konur and FussballNews.de, the German club is monitoring the 22-year-old Ivorian international, who has scored 47 goals and provided 13 assists in 99 competitive appearances for Salzburg.
Dortmund face potential competition for a permanent deal, as RB Leipzig, Eintracht Frankfurt, Sunderland, and Nottingham Forest have also shown interest. Konaté is under contract until 2028 and holds an estimated transfer value of €20-25 million, though no concrete negotiations have begun.
