The two teams Kim Hellberg shows his Middlesbrough players a lot as the standard he wants

Middlesbrough manager Kim Hellberg regularly shows his squad video clips of Brighton and PSG as tactical benchmarks, according to winger Jeremy Sarmiento. Hellberg utilizes the analysis room to demonstrate collective and individual adjustments, drawing specific inspiration from former Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi. Sarmiento noted that the squad studies the details of these elite clubs before working to implement the principles during training.

Sarmiento completed a permanent transfer to Middlesbrough over the summer following an initial loan spell from Brighton that began in January. Reflecting on Middlesbrough's defeat to Hull City at Wembley last season, the Ecuador international stated that the squad is determined to improve and secure promotion during the current campaign.
