Sheffield United CEO Stephen Bettis spoke to The Star’s Danny Hall about the possibility of co-owner Steven Rosen being disqualified

Sheffield United CEO Stephen Bettis stated that co-owner Steven Rosen's potential disqualification is not a concern for the club, as investigations by the EFL and Independent Regulator continue. The inquiry centers on a £35 million unpaid debt owed to former owner Prince Abdullah and the subsequent High Court winding-up of COH Sports Bidco, the acquisition vehicle used by Rosen and Helmy Eltoukhy.
Prince Abdullah's camp has suggested the Blades could face a 12-point deduction over the dispute. However, Bettis explained that the club itself remains solvent and argued that the wound-up entity was no longer the parent company when liquidated, leaving United awaiting a final EFL decision.
