Monaco striker Folarin Balogun has admitted that playing in the Premier League remains a viable future option despite the collapse of his transfer to Everton on deadline day. The 25-year-old forward confirmed to talkSPORT that returning to England is definitely an option, acknowledging that his previously proposed move came close but did not materialize.
Everton, managed by David Moyes, had agreed to a permanent transfer deal worth approximately £40m with Monaco. However, complications arising from Balogun's medical led to revised negotiations, and Monaco managing director Thiago Scuro stated the player ultimately decided against the transfer due to how the medical process was handled.
