Tony Watt has hailed Callum Osmand's “world class” movement after the Celtic youngster marked his first professional start with a stunning double against Hearts.
Former Celtic striker Tony Watt praised young forward Callum Osmand, describing his movement as world-class following his performance against Hearts. The 20-year-old scored two goals in the first half of his first professional start for Celtic before being substituted at half-time as a precaution due to a hamstring twinge.
Watt noted that he first observed Osmand's intelligence and running during a pre-season friendly against Partick Thistle. Osmand remains a member of Celtic's Europa League squad as he hopes the minor injury will not sideline him.
