Tempers flared as Hamilton Accies faced off with Lanarkshire rivals Airdrieonians…

Hamilton Academical manager MacKinnon revealed referee Cameron Stirling dismissed him for "provocative pointing" and leaving his technical area during a half-time tunnel clash. Despite MacKinnon being sent to the stand for the second half, Accies secured a 2-1 victory over Airdrie.
Dom Thomas opened the scoring for Accies before Airdrie's Josh Gentles leveled the match. Gregor Crookston netted the winning goal nine minutes from time, extending Accies' unbeaten start in Scottish League One to ten matches.
