Fullback and centre-half join walking wounded at East Mains…

Hibernian manager Marink Reedijk confirmed that defenders Grant Hanley and Adam Mayor will miss the upcoming Scottish Premiership match against Aberdeen at Pittodrie. Experienced center-back Hanley was forced to undergo surgery on his thumb, while left-back Mayor has been ruled out of the squad after suffering a hamstring injury during a recent training session.
The absences come as Hibs seek their first Premiership victory under Reedijk while attempting to climb away from the bottom of the table. Following their Premier Sports Cup semi-final victory over Hearts, Reedijk warned his squad that they remain in a demanding "rat race" and stressed the importance of maintaining consistency and intensity.
