Ivor Pandur has made an impressive start to life at Rangers. The Croatian was a surprise addition at Ibrox after his move from Hull City. It was a shock to see
Ibrox News examines the financial details of goalkeeper Ivor Pandur's contract following his move from Hull City to Rangers. The 26-year-old Croatian signed a four-year deal keeping him at Ibrox until 2030, with a reported yearly salary in the region of £780,000. He arrived in a swap deal involving Jack Butland after helping Hull City earn promotion to the Premier League.
The permanent transfer reportedly cost £6 million, which equates to roughly £1.5 million per year in amortisation for the Scottish club. Writer Max Wilkins argues that Pandur's strong performances under manager Derek McInnes make the overall financial package great value for money for the Light Blues.
