Penrice shocker as Rangers star ‘deliberately’ overlooked

Rangers left-back James Penrice addressed his absence from the Scotland national squad, confirming that his primary focus remains on his club. Despite an injury to Kieran Tierney opening a potential spot, Scotland's management opted not to call up Penrice, who has never represented his country at any international level.

Only two Rangers players, Liam Kelly and Findlay Curtis, were included in the latest Scotland selection, while defender John Souttar was also left out. Penrice noted that while he would welcome an opportunity with Scotland, his commitment currently centers on performing for Rangers.
