Italy secured an entertaining 4-1 victory over Turkey in their UEFA Nations League group phase match in Bursa. Roberto Mancini's side rebounded from an opening 2-0 defeat to Belgium with an aggressive performance. Alessandro Bastoni opened the scoring on his return, while Davide Frattesi, Michael Kayode, and Pio Esposito also found the net for the Azzurri.
Turkey responded with a goal from Baris Alper Yilmaz, who also had a second effort ruled out for an offside infraction. Kayode contributed significantly with a goal and an assist, while Esposito converted a diving header off a Sandro Tonali rebound. Italy will next travel to Paris to face France.
