Giacomo Raspadori has been released from the Italy squad and will return to Atalanta after medical tests ruled him out of upcoming Nations League matches through injury. The forward will miss Italy's upcoming match against France at the Stade de France as well as the home clash against Turkiye in Bologna.
Following a 4-1 victory against Turkiye in Bursa, head coach Roberto Mancini split the Italian squad for training and recovery sessions at Coverciano and Viola Park. Raspadori rested completely before his departure, while Mancini prepares his tactical plans for the upcoming trip to Paris.
