Alex Dunne delivered an incredible performance during the F2 Azerbaijan GP weekend, putting him 18 points behind the championship leader, which Dunne believes shows how 'high the level is' in the series.

Alex Dunne expressed determination to give everything to close the Formula 2 championship gap following a strong Baku weekend. The Rodin Motorsport driver secured podium finishes in all three races, including a victory in the first Feature Race and third place in both the Sprint and second Feature Race after a penalty. His performances reduced the deficit to standings leader Rafa Camara to just 18 points.
Dunne sits third in the standings, with Nikola Tsolov holding second place only seven points behind Camara. Despite noting late struggles against Camara and Tsolov in the final race, Dunne remains optimistic about challenging for the crown across the final two rounds in Qatar and Abu Dhabi.
