The 2026 TaylorMade TP5X earned an overall Quality Score of 93 and an "A: Recommended" grade in MyGolfSpy's Ball Lab review. The five-piece urethane golf ball recorded a perfect 100 percent Good Ball Rate with zero bad balls detected out of 36 tested. It also ranked in the top 10 for compression consistency across 123 golf ball models tested.
Priced at $57.99 per dozen, the golf balls tested were manufactured across facilities in Taiwan and South Korea. While compression and symmetry graded strongly, minor variations appeared in diameter consistency, where several balls measured slightly below the USGA minimum.
