The Baltimore Orioles have announced upcoming renovations to the left-field upper deck at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The project plans to replace approximately 2,000 rarely used seats to build a new social space featuring an open concourse, dedicated bar, concession stands, tables, televisions, and drink rails.
The upgrades follow previous ballpark additions, including an upgraded sound and video system, a new bar in the flag court, and expanded club suites under the 30-year lease with Maryland. Camden Chat writer Tyler Young notes that the franchise plans to announce more renovations later in the year.
