Shohei Ohtani of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Pete Crow-Armstrong of the Chicago Cubs, and Brice Turang of the Milwaukee Brewers have been announced as the three finalists for the 2026 National League MVP Award. The winners for both leagues will be revealed live on MLB Network on Thursday, November 12, 2026.
Crow-Armstrong is viewed as the frontrunner after recording a 40-40 campaign with 45 home runs, 41 stolen bases, and a league-best 10.6 WAR. Ohtani earned his sixth consecutive top-three MVP finish despite missing pitching time after July 3 due to injuries, while Turang became a first-time finalist after helping guide Milwaukee to the World Series.
