Now that the 2026 MLB season is over, the LA Dodgers will be looking to sign new players and strengthen ahead of 2027.

The Los Angeles Dodgers have hired former San Diego Padres executive Caroline Perry as their new Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. Perry's hiring sparked mixed reactions from baseball supporters on social media following the conclusion of the 2026 MLB season.
Perry, who previously spent 16 years with the Padres organization, is one of only three female COOs across Major League Baseball. Following the announcement, she expressed gratitude for her time in San Diego and stated it is a tremendous honor to join the Dodgers.
