Writer Nick Grabowski argues that the Green Bay Packers finally have a reason for hope after general manager Brian Gutekunst addressed the struggling offensive line. Following heavy pressure on quarterback Jordan Love through the season's first three weeks, the Packers signed veteran left guard Laken Tomlinson from the Dallas Cowboys practice squad and added offensive lineman Mekhi Becton.
Grabowski notes that Wisconsin native Kevin Zeitler also visited Green Bay for a workout and physical, potentially offering immediate stability. While criticizing Gutekunst for failing to address these depth issues earlier in the offseason, Grabowski believes these midseason additions provide the team with an opportunity to protect Love and recover.
