The Packers' offense can't stay on the field, and it's having a direct impact on how the defense is performing.

Lombardi Ave's Anthony Nash argues that the Green Bay Packers' inability to sustain offensive drives is severely undermining their defense. Green Bay ranks last in the NFL in average drive duration at two minutes and 16 seconds, forcing the defense to face an average of 12 drives per game, the third-highest mark in the league. Nash asserts this dynamic fatigues the defense, directly contributing to losses against Minnesota and the Atlanta Falcons.
Nash highlights poor offensive line performance, an ineffective running game, and long third-down distances as the primary causes of Green Bay's stalled possessions. Green Bay ranks 30th in series conversion and 31st in average third-down distance at 8.8 yards. To resolve the issue and protect the defense, Nash argues that the Packers must prioritize extending drives by improving offensive line execution.
