The winless Los Angeles Chargers have ruled out safety Derwin James, offensive tackle Joe Alt, and wide receiver Quentin Johnston for their Week 5 home matchup against the Denver Broncos. In addition to those absences, tackle Rashawn Slater is headed to injured reserve with an ankle injury, leaving the Chargers without both starting offensive tackles.
