Senators’ Linus Ullmark Given Green Light After Injury Scare

Ottawa Senators goaltender Linus Ullmark has been cleared to play and will start in net against the Philadelphia Flyers. Head coach Travis Green confirmed the decision after Ullmark had exited a Monday game against the Boston Bruins with an unlisted ailment following the second period.

Backup Samuel Ersson finished that contest and started in a subsequent 5-3 loss to the Detroit Red Wings. Ullmark holds a 2-0 record this season with a 1.20 goals-against average and a .949 save percentage.
