The free-agent addition had that musical role in New Jersey and says: 'I won’t be asking for it. But if they need me, I got it.'

Vancouver Canucks free-agent addition Paul Cotter is open to serving as the team's dressing room DJ if called upon. The 26-year-old forward previously handled music duties during his past two seasons with the New Jersey Devils, where teammates gave him the nickname DJ Pauly C.
Cotter explained that managing a locker room playlist requires catering to a mix of European players and varying age groups, highlighting older teammates such as Luke Schenn and Brendan Gallagher. He noted that his selections adjust based on team schedules and moods, ranging from country and rock to electronic dance music.
