Defying a 99 percent win probability, the Jets shattered NHL records by erasing a four-goal deficit in the final minutes to snap a historic nine-game losing streak.

The Winnipeg Jets completed the latest four-goal comeback in NHL history on Tuesday night, overcoming a 4-0 deficit against the Montreal Canadiens with under three minutes remaining before winning in overtime. The victory snapped a nine-game losing streak for Winnipeg and marked the fastest four goals allowed in Montreal franchise history.
Tyrel Bauer sparked the rally by scoring his first career NHL goal and later adding an assist. Prior to this historic victory, NHL teams trailing by four or more goals entering the final three minutes held a combined 0-10,300 record across regular season and playoff games.
