Fehi Fineanganofo’s future decided after agreement with Red Bulls on new NZR deal

Hurricanes winger and All Blacks debutant Fehi Fineanganofo has signed a one-year contract extension with New Zealand Rugby through the end of 2027. The agreement keeps the 24-year-old in New Zealand with Bay of Plenty and the Hurricanes to pursue selection for the upcoming Rugby World Cup in Australia.

The Newcastle Red Bulls agreed to rework their initial terms, allowing Fineanganofo to delay his move. Under the revised agreement, Fineanganofo will officially join the Red Bulls on a three-year contract running from 2027 through 2029 following the conclusion of the tournament.
