Ruben Amorim reveals why a ‘lack of mobility’ prompted his Milan tactical change and how…

AC Milan manager Ruben Amorim explained that a lack of mobility in possession prompted his tactical switch to a four-man defense ahead of their match against Sassuolo. Following draws against Juventus and Lazio and a 2-0 Europa League defeat to Benfica, Milan adopted the formation during a 3-0 victory over Lecce. Amorim praised Serie A's quality and noted that tactical flexibility gives his squad an extra tool depending on their opponents.
Amorim also addressed team news, confirming that Alexis Saelemaekers and Pervis Estupinan have suffered lengthy injuries. He praised Diego Moreira's versatility, supported striker Goncalo Ramos, and revealed that young forward Francesco Camarda will receive more playing time. Amorim also highlighted the tactical qualities of Sassuolo manager Alberto Aquilani and praised former Benfica teammate Nemanja Matic.
