Stefano Pioli says he would like to return to Serie A and prove his worth, insisting he is far from washed up.

Former Milan and Fiorentina manager Stefano Pioli has expressed his desire to return to Serie A management, rejecting claims that his coaching career is finished. Speaking to Corriere dello Sport via TuttoMercatoWeb, the 61-year-old manager stated that while he has received multiple offers from abroad, he prefers to remain in Italy to prove his capabilities.
Pioli clarified that he mutually agreed to terminate his contract with Fiorentina after being dismissed last November, surrendering a year of his deal. The experienced tactician also addressed recent criticism alongside peers like Maurizio Sarri and Massimiliano Allegri, insisting he still possesses the energy and ability to contribute at the highest level.
