Anthony Scully’s wait to find a new club is finally over thanks to League Two Exeter City
Former Portsmouth and West Ham winger Anthony Scully has signed with League Two club Exeter City on a free transfer until the end of the season. The 27-year-old was immediately named in manager Matt Taylor's starting lineup for a home match against Rotherham on Saturday, despite not featuring competitively since April.
Scully spent 10 weeks at the PFA pre-season camp following his release from Shrewsbury Town at the end of last season. His past spells at Portsmouth and Colchester United were heavily disrupted by knee and ankle injuries before he made 35 appearances for Shrewsbury.
