LeBron James, who joined the 76ers this summer, had 10 points, five assists and four rebounds in the first half of his debut with Philadelphia.

LeBron James made his preseason debut for the Philadelphia 76ers, recording 10 points, four rebounds, and five assists in 18 minutes during a 114-108 loss to the Brooklyn Nets. Playing solely in the first half, the 41-year-old made his only field goal attempt and shot a perfect 8-for-8 from the free-throw line as Philadelphia outscored Brooklyn by 10 points during his time on the floor.
The game marked the first appearance of the Sixers' new starting lineup featuring James alongside Joel Embiid, Jaylen Brown, Tyrese Maxey, and VJ Edgecombe. While Brown and Maxey contributed 18 and 14 points respectively, Embiid struggled with six points and eight turnovers across 24 minutes. Head coach Nick Nurse praised James' passing vision and confirmed plans to further integrate the starters before the regular season begins.
